How long does the postage take?
This will depend on the type of postage you have selected and paid for. Unfortunately, we do not control delivery times through our shipping provider Australia Post. Peach and Pine are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays beyond our control.
Standard Shipping allow 5-7 business days
Express Shipping allow 2-4 business days
I have ordered personalised item but have entered the wrong colour or text, can I change it?
Once your order has been placed and you have paid it is placed into production. Unfortunately, because it is already placed into production we cannot alter or change the order. We are more than happy to look into your order and see if the order has not been processed yet in case we can alter the text or colour for you. If you would like us to check, please email us at email@example.com. We will do the best to assist where possible but no guarantees that it can be altered.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We recommend leaving up to 3 weeks production time during our peak periods, however our aim is to dispatch your order between 5-7 working days. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your product is on its way.
My order arrived and it is broken, can you replace?
Sorry to hear your order has arrived broken. Please take a picture of the item in its original packaging and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not have control of the package once it leaves our warehouse, which we pack and ship the product very carefully. We can then look into the case further and discuss the next steps of the process.
What care instructions do I need to adhere by for the longevity of the product?
As our product is made from a natural product, we recommend following care instructions to keep the longevity of the product. Our care instructions are located on our website, please go to our home page and click the care instructions tab.
Can you track my order once dispatched?
Once the warehouse has dispatched the product, it is in the hands of Australia Post. If you have selected a tracking with your order, you can track manually through your confirmation dispatch email. Once the package has left our hands, we have no control over lost or damaged packages. All enquiries relating to delivery after the package has been dispatched will need to go directly to the shipping company.
I would like to send it straight to a recipient as a gift, can you not include a tax invoice?
Most certainly! Our products are great gifts for loved ones. Please note that it will be a gift in the special instruction section before you order. If you miss this step please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours to ensure we remove the tax invoice for you.
Can I collect my order if I live locally?
Sorry at this point you cannot collect locally, only postage is available.
